How Far In Advance Do I Need To Contact You To Book My Project In?

To ensure the service and quality of our work for our clients, we only take on a limited number of projects at one time. Please complete our Contact us form to find out current project in-take-date.

What Do I Need To Prepare For Before The Discovery Call?

Once you have completed our online initial contact us form, we will send you a email to confirm a suitable time and date for your discovery call.

Before your discovery call we recommend you gather your thoughts and basic project information, start date etc.

We also recommend you list your struggles – why are you calling us?

How Much Does It Cost To Hire An Interior Stylist??

We are transparent about our fees. We want you to know upfront what the cost is and make it easier for you to decide if we are within your budget and scope suitability.

We are not cheap and we do not apologise for it. We are good at what we do and deliver great results for our clients.

We let you know if you are in the right place and we are the right fit for your project and budget up front. We like to make our client’s happy from the beginning so they know that trust is an important part of our relationship.

Our Interior Styling fees starts with a free discovery call.

We find a 15-20 minute call is a nice way to get to know one another initially. And after that, you’re free to book an in-home consult if you feel we would work well together.

Initial in home or zoom consultation up to 2 hours are  $380 + GST

(Zoom for clients outside of the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas. We offer our interior styling service Australia wide)

Hourly Design Fees are charged in 5 hour blocks at $995 + GST

How long does an Interior Styling project take?

On average a residential Interior Styling project can take between 4 months up to 2 years.  This is dependent on the size and scope of the project.

Airbnb projects can take from a couple of weeks for a simple plan to 3 months.

In reality it doesn’t take a week or weekend like it does on TV and social media.


Do You Share Your Trade Discounts?

There is a common myth that stylists receive a “trade discount” – but it is in fact just wholesale pricing like and other business on some items.

We do not share wholesale pricing or supplier details with clients as this is our business model and intellectual property.

We make our business profitable through fees and retail sales like any other business.

When we have this discussion with clients we often ask them if they would walk into. a store and ask them to purchase the product at the price they paid for it? the answer would be never. We operate the same way.

Think of us as your personal store.


What are your payment terms?

We require full payment via direct debit prior to work commencing.

We ask that clients pay fees in prepaid blocks.

All furnishings and selections are prepaid prior to purchasing and after client approval.

What Areas Do You Service For In Home Consultations? Where Are You Located?

We are based in the beautiful bayside of Brisbane’s Northern Suburbs. We travel all over South East Queensland for clients.

We do virtual Interior Styling all over Australia.

We also travel interstate for clients on request at clients cost.

What If You Can’t Find The Right Piece For My Room?

It hasn’t happened yet, so this is a hard one to answer!  We can access the gold circle of modern interior design.  Our suppliers are hand-selected for taste, on-trend design and quality.  We work hard to identify the perfect selections – and even to spoil you for choice.

How Does Interior Styling Work?

We are a full service end to end Interior Styling Agency.

We only work on complete projects as we feel this gives our clients continuity and full control over a space.

The Discovery Call – we chat about your project and explore how we can help you

The Consultation – In home consultation or via zoom for 2 hours for an in depth overview of your project and a “get to know” each other meeting. Here we will measure, get plans, explore your options, get a good overview of your project, lifestyle and needs.

Proposal – We put together a fee proposal for you project and submit to you for approval.

Onboarding – Our detailed onboarding process begins.

Project Starts – Let the fun begin. This is where you start to wake up to selections and moodboards.

Procurement – Everything you love in your shopping selections and moodboards starts to be ordered and delivered without you lifting a finger.

Installation – Give us the keys, blink and it’s done. The transformation.



Do You Still Do Property Styling For Sale?

We started our business 8years ago as a Property Styling Company.

However we have now progressed into a full service Interior Styling Company.

We only offer Property Styling to existing clients and/or for properties over $1 million to make it viable at this time.
